Refund policy

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

A full refund or exchange will be issued to the purchaser for merchandise returned within 10 days of receipt of original sale of merchandise in original condition including packaging, original certificates and appraisals. Only merchandise purchased from Liberty Diamonds will be accepted for return or exchange. All merchandise must be in new, unused and unworn condition. Only the original purchaser may obtain a refund or credit card credit when the merchandise is returned. All returned or exchanged items after the 10 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee and are given store credit. No refunds or credit will be issued for custom orders, special orders, altered, sized or engraved merchandise. All credits or refunds will be issued less shipping and handling. Shipping is not included in the store credit issued.

CUSTOM AND SPECIAL ORDER RETURN POLICY

Custom and Special Orders are non-returnable items. Deposits given for any item that is canceled by a customer before completion will be used to pay for parts and labor incurred until that point and any remainder will be issued a store credit and the item will enter stock or be scrapped at Liberty Diamonds’ discretion. All work is the property of Liberty Diamonds and cannot be reproduced without the expressed written consent of Liberty Diamonds. Liberty Diamonds has full rights to all working CAD files which are used in the design process.

Deposits for CAD Designs

1. For all custom CAD designs, there will be a $250 up front fee for each design. This fee is for the time of the designer to sit with a customer and create a custom piece as well at the time spent in creating the CAD from scratch on the computer and making any changes requested by the client. 

If the customer decides to not have Liberty Diamonds move forward with the casting of the CAD design, the client forfeits the design fee(s) and is not usable as store credit. The deposit for a CAD design is only usable for 6 months from the date of initial payment. After 6 months the deposit is forfeited. 

LIBERTY DIAMONDS WARRANTY

All Liberty Diamonds engagement rings and wedding bands are warrantied against defects in material & workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our option, any defective item without charge. Normal wear and tear and/or damage is excluded. This warranty does not cover center stones. Any unauthorized modification, sizing, or abuse will void this warranty. Your Liberty Diamond’s ring must be inspected at least once every six months for prong wear and general condition.

GUARANTEE POLICY

All jewelry purchased from Liberty Diamonds is guaranteed to be of the finest quality and free of defects. If you believe your purchase to be defective, it may be repaired or replaced. Please contact us for return authorization. If the item returned it is determined to indeed be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at our option and returned without charge to you. *Refer to our Return Policies 

Items exposed to damage are not guaranteed. We recommend that all jewelry be insured in the case that there is damage. We also cannot anticipate any adverse allergic reactions to materials used in our jewelry, or slight variations in color, texture or pattern due to the handmade nature of each item.

It is the customer’s responsibility to order the correct ring size. We would be happy to assist you with this. If we have delivered a ring to you in a size other than the one ordered, we will size or replace it at no charge.
