    Great people, great jewelry. We have purchased from Liberty Diamonds multiple times and have never been disappointed.     Liberty Diamonds is everything a novice diamond shopper would want in a jeweler. The staff here are fun, friendly, and are professionals in every sense. They ask what you want, make recommendations based off of your needs and will not push any product onto you. I was nauseous when I went to my first few stores looking for a diamond ring. There are so many things to consider, a lot of dollars at stake, and it doesn't help when the person on the other end of the counter isn't able to gauge my comfort level through a simple conversation. You won't get any of that here at Liberty. At LD, my interactions with Miranda definitely helped increase my understanding in diamond hunting. She asked questions, eased my nerves, and was able to provide multiple options that fit my needs. I quickly went from nausea to excitement as I was able to pick out a great ring for my fiancee. While the ring size was a bit off, my fiancee was able to get her ring resized with no hassle with another great staff member, Troy. They offer great prices, a great finance option (0% interest for 6 months). Not to mention this was all achievable in the middle of a pandemic. I look forward to continuing my business with Liberty Diamonds and would recommend this to anyone looking to pop the question.

    I can't say enough about Liberty Diamonds. From the first time I walked in I felt like I was talking with family and taken care of the same way. Troy and his team were wonderful throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pushed to anything and he never stopped looking for the perfect one until it was found.     I haven’t purchased many diamonds in my years but they made it fun and easy to understand. Miranda was absolutely splendid! I truly felt she cared as much about me getting the right diamond for my future wife as I did.     Troy and team were great. He took the time to talk me through all the characteristics of diamonds since I was new to it. When he found some candidate diamonds for me to look through based on the metrics I chose, he sneaked one in there (he told me he did so - nothing dishonest) that wasn't quite what I wanted, or so I thought. When I looked at them all, that's the one I ended up picking since it sparkled more than the others! He took the time to explain why it sparkled more, which ended up being a special "hearts and arrows" cut. My then-fiancee-now-wife loves it! And a special thank you to Cristina who worked closely with me to create a custom engagement ring and wedding band, complete with engraving. It couldn't have turned out better 🙂

    This is a customer review of the Liberty Diamonds store located in the city of Irvine. I have not been paid or compensated for this review. I found this store after I decided I would propose to my girlfriend. We had talked about getting engaged and window shopped for rings at several of the brand named stores. Of course, a cookie cutter ring would not do. She dreamed of a unique ring with a special meaning to her. So I had to find a store who could make that dream a reality within my budget and time constraints. I did my research on Yelp and google reviews. I found some amazing reviews for numerous stores in the Orange County area which I didn’t pay much attention to. I looked at the poor reviews and the negative things people said about the various stores. This led me to Liberty Diamond because no one had anything bad to say about them. It appeared from their reviews that if I could dream it, then they could deliver it. Let me tell you that I am a hard one to impress and my expectations are always extremely high. So I scheduled an appointment and met with Jeffrey Seymour at their store. I felt secure as I was buzzed in. I was greeted respectfully and welcomed into the store. It had a small business owner feel without the pressure to buy anything commonly associated with small and large jewelry stores. There was a display room and private offices for consultations. We spoke privately where he listened carefully to me. He could have tried to sell me his old stock or his new stock of jewelry. But he didn’t. He listened to me tell him the dream my girlfriend had of her engagement ring. He looked at the photographs I gave him and listened to the specific features the engagement ring would have to contain. And then, I told him my budget and time constraints. He looked me in the eyes, shook my hand, and confidently told me that he would deliver. He gave me some recommendations based on his training and experience which were spot on to help design my girlfriend’s dream engagement ring. His expertise really came into play when we decided on the metal for the setting and the features of the engagement ring’s Diamonds. I received genuine one on one professional customer service as if I was a millionaire or a family member which I am neither. Listen, I had some serious reservations about designing an engagement ring from a bunch of photographs. I was going to pay a lot of money for jewelry I had not seen based on a handshake and a promise. Seymour under promised and over delivered. He met our deadline, produced a one of a kind stunning engagement ring, and did it within my budget. After I proposed, we returned to purchase our wedding bands. Seymour’s professional and personalized service was consistent as before. He again under promised and over delivered on our wedding bands. If you have read this far in my lengthy review, I hope that you have been able to key on the fact that my experience with Liberty Diamonds has been an exceptional one. I hit a home run with this place. I strongly encourage you to give them your business. I am confident you will have the same experience as I have. Ask for Jeff!

    After visiting DTLA jewelry district, I checked out a store close to where I live. It was the best decision. Unlike pushy sales vibe in DTLA, Miranda and the team at Liberty Diamonds made me feel at ease with my ring purchases and are very accommodating with adjustments you need to make afterwards. I highly recommend this place.

    Can’t say enough good things about Troy. He was very nice and polite, and had wonderful customer service. He helped me design the engagement ring and pick out our wedding bands. Reasonably priced and everything was done on time. He was also easy to get in touch with throughout the whole process. We’ll definitely be coming here for our next jewelry purchase.

    I can't say enough about David, Troy and all the employees at Liberty Diamonds. They do amazing work here!! Attention to detail and to the customer is unmatched and can't be found anywhere else. I have bought all my jewelry here and will not go anywhere else. Rare find and highly recommended to any and all!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

    My husband and I purchased my engagement ring and our wedding bands here. It was an amazing, stress-free, and really enjoyable process. Troy was so helpful and brought in several rounds of diamonds from their LA office for us to look at. Each time we looked, we gave him feedback and he narrowed in on exactly what we wanted. Christina designed the perfect ring for us on the first iteration! It was exactly what we had envisioned. Miranda helped us pick out our wedding bands and was such a pleasure to work with. Really, everyone was. They also helped me with a super weird issue I had. I didn't know it until I was wearing my ring, but the pH of my skin is more acidic than normal, so my rose gold ring was turning my finger green. Troy and Christina were so creative and helpful creating a fix for my rings, and now I'm green-free. I've also purchased gifts for mother's day and some other occasions, and they always give me a great deal. To be honest, our experience looking at engagement rings and diamonds elsewhere was kindof awful. It felt like we were talking to slimy used car salesmen who didn't actually care what we wanted, were weird about me being part of the process, and just wanted to sell us what they had in their case. I'm SO happy we found Liberty Diamonds because they made the process of picking out and buying our rings a happy and memorable experience.

    Late review but I came here with my now fiancee to look at engagement rings a few months ago and had an awesome experience with Liberty Diamonds! Everyone is super helpful (especially Miranda, who was helping us a majority of the time)! Couldn't thank them enough for being so patient with my questions and explaining the process of selecting an excellent diamond and band for the ring. Super professional, never hurried me to purchase something and were willing to meet with me on multiple days before I did. Would highly recommend them!

    Besides being friendly, helpful, and easy to work with, one of the other advantages of working with Liberty Diamonds is that they don't have a large, expensive showroom. They keep their overhead low and pass the discount onto their customers. Liberty Diamonds will give you larger, better quality diamonds for less than what the main-brand jewelry shops charge.

    My soon-to-be husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding ring from Liberty (Jeffery and Miranda helped us)! They made the process very seamless and stress-free 🙂 We also purchased sapphire/diamond necklaces for our mom’s wedding gifts and they are beautiful!!     I took my fiancé grandma's engagement ring to Liberty Diamonds (Irvine Location) for appraisal. Cristina was extremely helpful and after a brief examination noticed the ring was missing one of the prongs. They fixed, resized and refreshed the ring and provided all of the appraisal paperwork within a few days. I received it back sparkling and looking great. Liberty Diamonds provided a great service with a very competitive prices! We would go back there in the future and would recommend it to our friends. Thank you Cristina and Liberty Diamonds!

My now-husband surprised me with an engagement ring from Liberty Diamonds in Irvine. When it comes to diamonds, it is all about cut, color, clarity, carat. My diamond and custom setting are absolutely beautiful and of the highest quality. Troy worked very closely with my husband to get the ring right, and I still get compliments on my engagement ring to this day. Out of all the Southern California Jewelry Stores, Liberty Diamonds not only has knowledgeable gemologists and skilled diamond cutters, but they are passionate about their customers. All of their diamonds are hand selected, and it shows. We were so pleased with my engagement ring, that once we set our wedding date, we knew there was no other place to go for our wedding bands. Once again Troy was absolutely amazing and helped us pick the perfect wedding bands. He took the time to listen to us and made helpful and knowledgeable suggestions. Our wedding bands fit our personality perfectly, and I love the way my wedding band and engagement ring look together! You can't get this kind of quality and customer service out of a big box retailer. The prices were very reasonable, and Jeff even polished and buffed my rings again before our big day.     I can't thank the awesome staff at Liberty enough for creating the perfect engagement and wedding rings for our wedding! I didn't know the first thing about engagement rings when I went in, but I knew the look my wife wanted from pictures on pinterest. Jeffrey was very knowledgeable and walked me through all the different cuts, colors, and styles. I'm sure I drove him crazy with questions but he understood how important this was to me and was helpful and friendly from start to finish. He worked hard to find the perfect diamond, and they designed a custom band exactly like the pictures I brought in. From start to finish, these guys were professional and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone!

    Liberty Diamonds is AMAZING!!! Best customer service ever!!! They have become our jewelers for life. Troy, Christina and everybody here are just amazing and will work with you on your designs or guide you towards finding the jewelry that you want. We changed our minds around 6 times about the type of ring that we wanted and Troy was always patient. Never pushy or upset about all the questions we asked and always treated us like friends instead of customers. The prices are very competitive and they will work with your budget. I just can't thank Troy and Liberty Diamonds enough for all that they did for me and my wife. The ring I designed and they made happen turned out to be better than expected.
