Whether we take a current design and modify it to your specific tastes or start
from a blank canvas with just an idea, we can make your dream piece come to life!
There are multiple ways we can create your custom design. We will suggest the
best method based on your specifications to ensure you will be extremely pleased
with the end result.

 

We create handmade diamond jewelry that has a beautiful delicate finish, and

where every aspect of fabrication is done by hand. Our CAD designed pieces can

capture the most intricate details like a butterfly, a Chinese character, or any other

graphic element. The only limit is your imagination. The amount of talent that it takes to 

carve a wax by hand is truly amazing and there is something to be said about the 

natural skill of using the hand and eye to create the desired effect. Whichever path 

we take to create your unique custom design, you can be assured that the highest 

level of detail and attention is given to each piece we create and we guarantee 

your satisfaction of the final product.

The CAD/CAM Design Process

STEP 1 : IDEA

 

We can start with just an idea, a sketch, or even a photo from which

we can create a unique custom design tailored to your desires.
STEP 2 : CAD

After the design concept has been sketched out and a rough working concept
has solidified, our CAD (Computer Aided Design) specialist will create a 3-D

computer model to show you your design. You will be able to look at the high

resolution virtual model in a variety of light on our large screen monitors.

STEP 3 : MODEL

 

After the design is approved by you, we will have the 3-D computer design come to life in the form of a computer milled wax. The wax is an actual-size model which will be used to cast into your metal of choice: Platinum, 18k White Gold, 18k Yellow Gold, 14k White Gold, 14k Yellow Gold, 18kt Rose Gold, or 14k Rose Gold.
STEP 4: FINISHED PIECE

Once the wax has been approved we send the 3-D CAD file to one of our

trusted associates who will then utilize a process known as Computer Aided

Manufacturing (CAM) for the final milling process. Your piece will then return to

our Master Jewelers and Cutters for its final refinement.
 
 
You can be as involved or uninvolved in this process as you wish though many of our customers enjoy the collaborative process and grow quite attached to these pieces and their personalities are truly reflected in the final product. These pieces are truly priceless and are peerless as gifts.
